Councillor James Alexander, Labour Leader of City of York Council has expressed an interest in meeting personally with the Commander for the Army in Yorkshire and the North East, Brigadier Greville Bibby CBE and Kersten England, Chief Executive of City of York Council, to discuss how we can strengthen our relationship with the Army.
